Studio Rules
Creating the best experience for every client

"Our studio is a shared, sacred space. We ask that every client treats it — and each other — with the same respect and care they'd want for themselves."
BBM is a boutique studio built on the values of community, excellence and respect. We ask all clients to observe the following guidelines to ensure every session is exceptional for everyone present.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted as it disrupts the class experience for others.
- Mobile phones must be switched to silent or turned off during all sessions. Photography and videography within the studio requires prior permission.
- Please speak quietly in the studio, particularly before and after class when others may be warming up or cooling down.
- Be respectful and encouraging to fellow clients. We celebrate every body, every level, every journey.
- Children under 16 are not permitted in the studio unless attending a specific family session.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our instructors, whose livelihoods depend on consistent attendance.
- More than 12 hours notice: Cancel freely with no charge. A full class credit or refund will be returned to your account.
- Less than 12 hours notice: A late cancellation fee of one class credit will be deducted. This applies to all pack and membership holders.
- No-show: Failure to attend without notice results in a full class credit deduction and a no-show flag on your account. Three no-shows in a rolling 3-month period may result in temporary booking restrictions.
- Illness: We do ask that if you are unwell, particularly with anything contagious, that you cancel even if it is last minute. Please email us and we will always handle this with discretion and care.
All cancellations must be made through the BBM app or online portal. We are unable to accept cancellations via social media or email.
