Our class programme has been carefully curated to serve every body — whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned mover. Each class is led by an expert coach in a deliberately small group setting, so every session feels personal, purposeful, and completely yours.
We offer Reformer Pilates, Hot Pilates, Barre, and complementary therapies across both of our North London studios.
Reformer Pilates
Our flagship class. The Reformer machine provides spring-based resistance that lengthens, strengthens and defines your entire body. Available for all levels across both studios.

Finding your level

Foundation
Perfect for newcomers. We introduce movement principles, breathing technique and basic reformer work in a nurturing, no-pressure setting.

Intermediate
For those with 6+ months of practice. We increase pace, resistance and complexity — challenging the body while maintaining control.

Advanced
Dynamic, demanding and deeply satisfying. Advanced sessions push strength, balance and endurance to their limits. Not for the faint-hearted.
