Studio Rules
We like to try and keep things simple – we have a few house rules that we ask all clients to abide by:
House Keeping
- We operate a strict 12 hour cancellation policy – cancel within this period and you’ll forfeit a credit OR charged £10 if you are an unlimited member. This also applies to no-shows.
- Please arrive 5- 10 minutes before your class to set yourself up and ensure you take part in the warm up. We will allow arrivals up to 10 minutes into the class; after this, sadly you won’t be allowed to take part as it is important that you warm up correctly before working out and once the 10 minute is up, the warm up will have finished. The doors are locked between classes. Late arrival please use the doorbell.
- We operate a waitlist – if you add yourself to the waitlist and a space becomes available you will be automatically added – so please take yourself off the waitlist if you no longer need or want a space!
- We operate a strict one class per studio each day – this gives all clients a fair chance of getting workout in!
Injuries and Pregnancy
- Please notify your instructor of any injuries or if you are pregnant so that exercises can be tailored to prevent injury or further injury
- We support practicing in our group classes whilst pregnant up to 20 weeks. Post 20 weeks we suggest 1-2-1 sessions with one of our pre and post natal trained instructors
- Post-natal clients must obtain the necessary doctors sign off (usually done at 6 wees post partum) before practising with us
- All classes at BBM are undertaken at your own risk and each client must ensure they are fit and able to participate in the class and where there are injuries or a client is pregnant we advise speaking to a doctor or health professional to get the necessary advice before training with us.
Class Packs and Memberships
- Class packs / memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE
- All class packs are valid for 6 months UNLESS expressly stated at purchased
- Our introductory offer can be redeemed once at each studio and is valid for one month only.
